In addition to strengthening your heart and cardiovascular system, participation in regular aerobic exercise has many health benefits.
Weight Lifting
Weightlifting, also called Olympic weightlifting, is an athletic discipline in the modern Olympic programme in which the athlete attempts a maximum-weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates.
Running
Running is a method of terrestrial locomotion allowing humans and other animals to move rapidly on foot. Running is a type of gait characterized by an aerial phase in which all feet.

Pro – Fit Gym & Yoga Centre is place to be and I can recommend it any day, anytime to any one who wants result. I love its ambiance and welcoming attitude of the workers and coaches, its a gym that puts its clients first. I started working out with Pro – Fit Gym in March 2019 weighing 99kg at that time…with the help of my coach, coach Dan who took kin interest in seeing that I achieve a great body in shortest time possible even when I thought it wasn’t achievable. His Aerobic classes are something else, I call him Aerobic master. Coach Dan gave me all the encouragement and support via training to achieving this great body I have today. He also placed me on diet plan that works like magic, he will call me time to time and even visited me at home when he didn’t see me for a period of time…that is what I call professionalism with the interest of the gym and its clients in his heart. With his help and encouragement I dropped from 99kg to 73kg in less than 3months losing 26kg. I wanna say a big thank you to PRO – FIT GYM & YOGA CENTRE for coming to my neighbourhood in ilupeju and a massive thank you to Coach Dan for his love and professionalism.
